Kevlar Vests for the Table Mountain K9 team
Our Founder Elisa Visited the Table Mountain SANparks K9unit to deliver blankets and beanies/balaclavas. It was great to meet the team who are responsible for protecting the fauna and flora of Table Mountain as well as preventing crime against tourists. They are also responsible for guarding against abalone poaching which is having a major impact on the ocean biodiversity around the Cape. After discussion with their head ranger, Blankets for baby rhinos offered to sponsor Kevlar vests for their K9 team to help protect the dogs against stabbing and gunshots.
